Bravo Tango Coffee Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to a Bravo Tango Coffee subscription (“Subscription”), you agree to receive regular deliveries of coffee products and to be charged the subscription price at the intervals you select at checkout.

2. Subscription Discount
Subscribers receive a 10% discount off the standard product price on all recurring orders.

3. Minimum Order Commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) deliveries before you are eligible to cancel the subscription. The minimum order commitment ensures we can provide the best value pricing and service.

4. Billing and Delivery

  • You authorise Bravo Tango Coffee to charge your chosen payment method for each subscription order at the prices, frequency, and dates selected at checkout.
  • Orders will continue automatically until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

5. How to Cancel

  • Subscription cancellations can be made by logging into your account and selecting the subscription you wish to cancel.
  • Cancellation requests must be made after the third confirmed delivery.
  • You may not cancel the subscription before the third delivery without paying any outstanding charges for remaining commitments.

6. Price Changes
Bravo Tango Coffee may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect and will have the option to cancel if you do not accept the new price.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription orders are treated as final sale once dispatched. Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect goods in line with our general returns policy.
  • If a refund is agreed, the subscription discount may be adjusted if it affects the minimum order commitment.

8. Changes to Subscription
You may change your coffee selection, delivery frequency, or shipping address at any time by accessing your account settings.
